What's New on the Internet lately?
(1) Free TV and Movies on Your Computer
At http://hulu.com you can watch TV and movies for free on your computer. Categories include comedies, action and adventure, drama, animation and more. TV episodes from Saturday Night Live or exerpts are available, as well as full length movies.
You can choose to watch a movie trailer and see the movie without commercials or choose commercials. There is a big improvement over television because the total amount of commercial time per show or movie is much less than it would be on television.
A handy counter above the video player counts down the seconds so you know when the commercial will be over.
(2) Free new software at http://animotor.com creates a video with music and special effects for free and uploads it to youtube. There are lots of other ways to create a slideshow/video but this software has special features available. Animotor.com was recently featured on CNN's Tech page.
