How to Find Help and Support
When you're having a problem you can turn to the choices
below to become your own computer "troubleshooter."
People working at tech support don't automatically know all the answers either.
They're good at searching quickly to solve problems. In essence,
you can learn to be your own technical support by doing
what they do - find the answer in the help resources.
1. Help Menus, Indexes, Searches, Glosseries
2. Support groups made up of other people using the same programs
3. Emailing Support
4. Find Help videos on youtube for issues on almost anything
5. Telephoning support
6. Call or email a friend who might know how to solve the issue
7. Type main aspects of your issue in the internet search box and click search to see a list of resources
